A Team as we all know could be a selection of people gathered together to achieve a goal, for example a football team or your favourite basketball team. Accoeding to John C. Maxwell a team is an accroynm for Together Everyone Achieve More, I would like to pay more attention to his definition, Together everybody achieve more, that is there is a common goal, something is motivating them to go further.

However, in the formation of a team the different people would always have different people different understanding about the common goal and would have different characters but the goal of the team is the to achieve more.

Nevertheless, the formation of an mlm team is a coming together of upline and downline to achieve a common goal, it is either to get the cash reward of the mlm or get the health facilities that the mlm is offering or to get the softwares that the mlm is going to give to her members.

Are you a frustrated Zrii™ distributor?

Wondering what to do now that Zrii™ is falling apart?

You need to find an opportunity and product (or even better, a product line and a real opportunity SYSTEM with integrity) that you can present as a replacement to your customers and people in your downline.

If you asked me there was always something that was “too good to be true” about Zrii™. Sure, the endorsements sounded great and all but once you scratched the surface there wasn’t much to the product (only one product!) – some Amalaki juice (great stuff no doubt) mixed in with who knows how much ‘normal’ juice. But it sounded pretty good. So I actually signed up as a Zrii™ distributor for a while but ended up dropping out because the products I was promoting with my other opportunities were SO MUCH BETTER that Zrii™ wasn’t worth my time or any of my customer’s time. Do you think, given the state of Zrii™ right now, that you might want to hear what I have to say? And what if I told you that these products are backed by an international rock solid company that’s already been around for 5 years and has total corporate earnings of hundreds of millions of dollars per year!? Would you be interested?

Tips for avoiding network marketing scams…

Why do we get involved in network marketing? We get involved because we want financial freedom, a better life for our families, the freedom to do what we want when we want, be our own boss, fire our boss, take luxurious vacations, and much more.

In the pursuit of freedom there are many companies out there to choose as our vehicle, but not all companies are created equally or legally. Let’s take a look on how to tell what a scam looks like.

Marketing Scams #1: Get Rich Quick.

There is no such thing as a free lunch and making money in network marketing takes a lot of time and effort at first until you build a large downline and have leverage. Companies that promise overnight riches just by singing-up and not having to take action are scams.

Marketing Scams #2: No Training.

Legitimate network marketing companies care about their distributors success and they know that not everybody knows how to market and promote a business. Successful companies provide sales training, marketing training, recruitment and rentention training, and much more.

If you come across a network marketing opportunity or are involved in a company that doesn’t provide training chances are it’s a scam.

Network marketing recruiting made easy…

The invention of the Internet has made recruiting infinately easier and with less rejection. Network Marketers can now reach millions of prospects each second of the day at the push of a button unlike the old school ways of network marketing where one had to give presentations and cold call leads relying on their sales skills to sell product and recruit distributors.

Let us discuss the different avenues you can use now to recruit prospects at the speed of the Internet.

1) Ezines. Ezines are electronic newsletters that get sent through email to a group of people that opted-in to recieve the newsletter. The best way to recruit highly targeted prospects is to find an ezine that discusses network marketing or home based business. Once you find an ezine that fits your business opportunity contact the owner of that newsletter to place a solo ad.

2) PPC. Pay-per-click advertising is a great tool for network marketing recruiting highly targeted prospects. Google Adwords is the best advertising program to use, but you should still consider using Yahoo and other search engines because not everyone uses Google.

It is important that you educate yourself on pay-per-click advertising before implementing this strategy. Although, it’s a very good form of recruiting it’s also easy to lose your shirt.

What is wealth really based upon? Simply the answer is time and money! Without these two, there will not be the wealth that people can act upon.

Very simple, the more money you can generate in the less amount of time makes the wealth that you are looking for.

This formula is the simplest of formulas. Many do not realize to create wealth and freedom for anyone is through network marketing.

Network marketing gives you the possibility to generate wealth through your own business of product and marketers by which you are paid for based on your own distinctive compensation arrangement according to the size of the business that you help to create.

Often we think about getting a lead and converting it to business, which is fine, but can we diasect the real secret behind prospecting. The secret lies within our own mind and our ability to study and lead people with knowledge and success. What are we really doing in our recruiting of leads and business associates in our network marketing. Unfortunately, most network marketers are looking for ‘builders’ even worse some network marketers are looking for those people who will build their downline for them.

If we take a step back and look at what we should really be doing in our network marketing we would find that our ‘building’ as little or nothing to do with us, nor should it. What we should be looking to do is help people find answers and solutions to their problems. Recruiting is about helping people get what they want, not what “you think” they want or what “you want”. So our mindset as network marketers should be along the lines of who is looking/wanting my product or service.

Once we take ourselves out of the equation, we can more readily understand how we can truly help our prospect. The first thing we have to understand is our product and then understand our prospect. What is your product or service in your network marketing company, not the opportunity, what is the product or products all about. We have to understand our product inside and out and then discover who needs, wants or has a desire for such product.

Imagine walking up to a man trying to chop down a tree in the forest. He is struggling with all his might and yet he has barely made any progress.

You look at him and you see that he is chopping at the tree vigorously and he has been at it for quite some time and he is intent on getting the tree to down.

He has a single focus and is using all the proper leverage and perfect technique, but as you get close, you see there is one thing out of place.

He is using a dull blade. You say to the man “Hey buddy why don’t you just sharpen your blade, you’ll get the job done twice as fast?” He replies “No time, can’t you see I’m trying to chop down this tree?”

Well, when I first started network marketing I was this guy out in forest trying to chop down my tree of successfully building a down line

I was having software problems. When I have technical problems I have a variety of symptoms, including high blood pressure, accelerated heart rate, and in extreme cases full-fledged temper tantrums including lying flat on my back pounding my fists and… you get the idea.

But in this case I’m thinking of I actually got the programmer on the line. After trouble-shooting the problem for a while, the programmer mentioned that the problem appeared to be a PEBCAK PROBLEM.

PEBCAK: (Prounced Peb-kak). Short for “Problem Exists Between Chair And Keyboard.”

He patiently explained what a PEBCAK problem was, being careful to use very small words so I would understand.

At first I didn’t think it was very funny, (if you didn’t get it yet, the problem between the chair and the keyboard was ME!) But in hindsight, that short conversation has served me well since then, as I have taken more responsibility for my technical frustrations and made sure I knew what I was doing BEFORE getting help.
